Joyce Farms was started in 1962 by Alvin Joyce and is still a family-owned business today, with Alvin’s son, Ron Joyce, and his two sons, Ryan and Stuart, at the helm. Learn about our Management Team.
Our office and USDA-inspected poultry processing facility are located in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Our partner farms that raise our Heritage animals are located in the Carolinas and Georgia.
Our primary customers are chefs and speciality distributors throughout the United States. We are proud to be on the menus of many award-winning chefs who take pride in offering Joyce Farms products as part of a memorable eating experience for their guests. You can also find Joyce Farms products in select specialty food markets and butcher shops.
While most of our products are sold wholesale, we also offer a variety of items direct to consumers through our web store - available for home delivery nationwide, or local pickup at our plant in Winston-Salem.
